Cancellation Policy

As treatments and services are especially reserved for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, we would ask for your assistance in providing 24 hours’ notice, so that another client can be allocated this time. Recurring cancellations at short notice or no shows may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
